Stephany has extensive knowledge of the Eastern Shore, concentrating in the areas of Talbot , Caroline, Queen Anne and Dorchester counties and specializes in Waterfront Estates, Residential and Commercial properties. Stephany was educated at the University of Maryland and also holds the G.R.I. designation (Graduate Realtor Institute, the highest Real Estate designation) and is an Associate Broker. She has been a resident of Talbot County for nearly thirty years. She is a full time Professional Real Estate Consultant and a consistent Top Producer, with 33 years of experience.
Prior to Real Estate, she enjoyed a successful career in Bank Administration and Mortgage Lending. She was a former manager of The Talbot Bank of Easton, Tred Avon Square Branch. She served on the Legislative Committee and was former Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for Mid-Shore Board of Realtors.
She is on the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Talbot County and on the Educational Committee for the Mental Health Association. She is a former member of BNI (Business Networking International) and a Hospice Volunteer.
She enjoys traveling with her husband and Real Estate partner, Pat. She has one son who has a Family Law practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Loves playing with and training her wonderful Miniature Schnauzers, Schatz and Schnickel”fritz”. They live in Easton.
