Stephany Barrett

Stephany is a full time ASSOCIATE BROKER/ Professional Real Estate consultant and has extensive knowledge of the local Eastern Shore. She is a consistent top producer with 33 years experience, in the areas of Talbot, Caroline, Queen Anne and Dorchester counties and specializes in Waterfront Estates, Residential and Commercial properties. Stephany is an Associate Broker and holds the advanced and highest designation, GRI certificate, (Graduate of Real Estate Institute). Educated at the University of Maryland and has been a Licensed Realtor for 34 years. Additionally trained and Certified at The National Historic Trust in Washington, DC, to market older and historic homes.  A former Treasurer for the Board of Realtors and Chairperson of the Financial Committee.  Prior to Real Estate, she enjoyed a successful career in Bank Administration and Mortgage Lending. She was a former Manager of The Talbot Bank of Easton, Tred Avon Square Branch. She is a former member of BNI (Business Networking International)A Professional Networking organization, Easton Chapter. She is on the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association in Talbot County and the Mental Health Associations Educational/Financial Planning Committee.  She enjoys traveling with her husband and Real Estate partner, Pat. She has one son who has a Family Law practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She loves playing with and training her two wonderful Miniature-Schnauzers, “Schatz” and Schnickel”fritz”. They live in Easton.
