Ron, after 22 years serving client needs as an investment advisor, has returned to his real estate roots. Ron was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland and began his life in real estate as a Title Abstractor during college, eventually owning and managing his own title search firm. Ron has personally searched thousands of properties during his 15 years in the title business and has appeared as an expert witness in several legal matters involving title disputes. His background also includes legal work as a real estate settlement officer, conducting hundreds of closings. Because of his experience in settlements, Ron understands the importance of communication throughout the closing process and also believes complete transparency of the transaction is essential to all parties involved.
Ron has always been drawn to real estate, maintaining a continual interest in the most recent listings, sales and market conditions. His passion for real estate, along with his financial expertise, bring a unique perspective to the real estate market and to his clients’ real estate goals.
Ron’s love of the Eastern Shore and Talbot County began in 1998 with frequent visits to family in Trappe. Ron and his wife Emily were married at St. Paul’s Church in Trappe, and eventually relocated to Talbot County full time in 2006 where they now raise their growing family.
Ron is a board member of Junior Achievement of Talbot County and Carepacks of Talbot County. Ron is a member of Christ Church of Easton, where he serves as Eucharistic Minister and Chair of the Justice Ministries committee. Over the past several years Ron and Emily have overseen Christ Church’s Duck Inn, a concession booth during Easton’s Waterfowl Festival that raises funds for local and global mission projects. Ron’s past community involvement includes volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, the Neighborhood Resource Center, Eventful Giving and Project Idlewild.
Ron is eager to share his love for the Eastern Shore and his unique real estate experience with you, no matter your real estate needs.
